Weight Loss Exercises
At NewLife we work with each individual on setting up a specific exercise regimen during each phase of their program to compliment the supplements, medications, and nutrition. We also want exercise to be fun! Every month NewLife will hold group fitness activities for all NewLife clients ranging from walks in the park, to yoga on the beach! These activities will not only make exercising fun, but also offer support among other NewLife clients.
